Paid files unlock only after a verified PayPal payment event. If the package is not ready yet, keep this order id and check again after a few minutes.
Fallback support
If checkout or delivery fails, send your order id and PayPal receipt to shichenghao321@gmail.com. If you have not uploaded a CSV yet, start from the scanner first.
